IN ORDER TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, OUR POLICIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- ALL jobs will require a 50% deposit (no exceptions)
- Jobs require full payment before going to print.
- MGEMS is not responsible for typographical errors after a final proof
- All quotes are good for 30 days
- All corrections/additions for layouts MUST be submitted via EMAIL OR ONLINE WEBSITE
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for errors on printwork after client has given the final approval to print. This includes but is not limited to spelling, layout orientation, information, etc. Please review your design proofs carefully! (Spelling, Logos, Dates, Addresses, Correct Info, etc.)
- Payment in full (design and/or print) is due prior to any orders going to print. If client is handling print responsibilities, 300dpi print files will not be released until design fee is paid IN FULL. All files will be watermarked until payment is made. NO EXCEPTIONS & NO C.O.D’s.
- Any changes that must be performed by MGEMS Marketing will result in a $45 fee charge per change made after final proof has been approved.
- All returned checks are subject to $75 fee.
- Additional charges apply for rush orders.
- Processed cancelled orders will be charged at 50% of total cost.
- Changes made after an order is processed will be charged at an additional $20.
- If work is already completed prior to changes and/or cancelled YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
- We do not charge tax. We collect it.
